Flexographic Printing

We use flexible photopolymer printing plates along with specialised ink systems to efficiently apply designs.

This process is particularly effective for high-volume production and is ideal for a versatile range of substrates, including specialised films and materials required for the following long-life industrial, electronic and automotive applications:

Information, warning, and security labels.
Barcode and variable data labels.
Product identification labels.

Screen Printing

Rotary Screen Printing is a high-volume printing technique using a cylindrical screen with a mesh pattern.

The mesh allows ink to pass through to the substrate, creating the complex designs, particularly effective for large-scale production of textiles, FMCG goods and packaging, including clear containers or window graphics and products focused on creating a strong tactile effect.

CCL Design Launches New 5400 LSE Acrylic Foam Tape Series

CCL Design is pleased to announce the launch of our new 5400 LSE series of acrylic foam tapes. This innovative product is the result of three years of dedicated research and development by our specialized R&D team in Venray, Netherlands.

The 5400 LSE series features primerless adhesion to plastics, ultra-strong bond to PP, and superb bonding to automotive paints.
