CCL Design announces the acquisition of ALT Technologies, expanding its global automotive safety capabilities.
CCL Design is pleased to share that its parent company, CCL Industries Inc., has acquired Advanced Safety Technologies B.V. and its subsidiaries, operating as ALT Technologies.
ALT is a privately owned, global provider of airbag covers, wraps, and seals, along with durable labels and engineered components for automotive and industrial applications. With manufacturing operations in the Netherlands, Romania, China, and Mexico, ALT supplies leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide.
A New Automotive Safety Business Unit
ALT Technologies will form the foundation of a new Automotive Safety business unit within CCL Design’s Automotive division. This strategic addition strengthens CCL Design’s global portfolio by expanding its position in mission‑critical automotive components and occupant safety technologies.
